Registration is simple, and is in two parts. Firstly, pick your team and choose yourself a Team Leader. When you are ready to commit the Team Leader should then complete the short form below, in order to enter your team into Hope Challenge 2010.

 

We will then send the team members enrolled below by their Team Leader the information they need to complete their registration personally. Each team member will be required to complete a comprehensive registration form including a health questionnaire. They will also be asked to agree to the Hope Challenge 2010 Participant Terms & Conditions, and pay their £50 Participant Registration Fee. As before, we will refund all Participation Fees to those teams who successfully raise over £2,950 in sponsorship for the event.
