In the aftermath of the earthquake, life in Haiti's informal camps is grim. Insanitary conditions, illness and insecurity add to the trauma faced by these suffering people. Any sense of normality will not recover until the community is rebuilt, and this won't happen in improvised tents. And to make things worse, when the weather changes, the deadly hurricanes may come.
