LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

Habitat for Humanity Great Britain (HFHGB) in conjunction with Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI), is seeking a seasoned Leadership Development Director who possesses hands-on experience in cultivating donor-centric four, five & six-figure relationships which have resulted in major gift donations. HFHGB and HFHI are non-profit Christian charities dedicated to eliminating substandard housing. This exceptional opportunity will provide an individual the opportunity to work collaboratively with senior executives and programme professionals in developing fundraising strategies through a donor focused development
programme.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of front-line experience in major gifts fundraising for a large non-profit, preferably in the United Kingdom. Superior presentation skills and the ability to
deal effectively with diverse constituencies including principal donors, Board members, national staff and leadership in the field are a must. An undergraduate BA/BSc is required.
