In November 2019, 6 employees from the organisation took part in an overseas trip to Addis Abbaba, Ethiopia to help with the construction of 4 homes. Having seen the impact of their fundraising, they plan to send 2 teams of 11 overseas in the future, where they will assist the local builders and families with the construction of more homes.

A Safe Place to Call Home
By supporting our work at large, Paprika Software are enabling us to respond with agility and flexibility to the housing crisis.
Contributions such as theirs means that we can grow and develop whilst focusing on our vision of a world where everyone has a safe and decent place to live.
For the fundraising of each trip, Paprika employees take part in a variety of fundraising activities which will range from bakes sales to car washing. Whilst they have individual targets to reach, they will unite as a team to ensure that the maximum funds are raised.
On the build site, job roles are put aside and they take part in activities such as digging foundations or mixing concrete. All work is completed with guidance from the local builders and working alongside the recipient family.
