Louise brings over 20 years’ experience across social justice, housing, financial inclusion and funding to her role as Director of Programme Delivery at Habitat for Humanity Great Britain.

Prior to joining Habitat for Humanity Great Britain, Louise spent 10 years as Deputy Chief Executive at World Habitat, where she led international programmes focused on scaling innovative housing solutions and worked with grassroots organisations, funders and policymakers to deliver lasting change and improve access to safe, decent homes.

Earlier in her career, Louise founded a community credit union focused on improving access to fair finance and has worked across the housing sector, from frontline support at Shelter to influencing national and international policy on housing inequality.

Louise also serves as a Trustee of the Association of Charitable Foundations and The Longleigh Foundation.
