As conversations continue during London Climate Action Week, one issue remains overlooked: housing.

Climate change doesn’t affect everyone equally, and for millions of people, vulnerability begins at home. When housing is unsafe, inadequate or unable to withstand climate impacts, communities face greater risks and fewer opportunities to recover.

That’s why housing must be at the heart of climate action. Safe, secure and resilient homes don’t just protect people from climate shocks, they help build stronger, healthier and more resilient communities.
