There are changes to policy and practice that would encourage the conversion of empty buildings into social and affordable housing. We need our MPs to act on this crucial issue and they are much more likely to address the issue and consider innovative solutions if they know their constituents care.

At Habitat for Humanity GB, we believe that while housing is a global issue, the best solutions are often found locally. Places need to work as one, identifying the assets in their area and making the best use of them, often as genuinely affordable or social housing.
