Once you’ve been on a Global Village Build (or two), you may start thinking about what’s next. A great next step is applying to become an official Habitat for Humanity Team Leader (TL) which allows you to lead your own Global Village Builds.
In order to become a TL, you need to:
- Complete a Global Village Build as a volunteer
- Complete TL application form
- Attend a TL Training session
- Attend a GV Build as a Deputy Leader
- Upon receipt of a positive evaluation from acting as a Deputy Leader, you will be eligible to lead your own GV Builds.
