Dr Carter is a global executive and nonprofit leader with more than 25 years of experience leading international operations, institutional transformation, strategic growth, and mission-driven leadership across the United States, United Kingdom, and global higher education sectors. Proven success overseeing complex international organizations, developing cross-cultural partnerships, driving enterprise and revenue growth, strengthening governance, and leading organizational change in diverse and matrixed environments.  She has worked with Habitat for Humanity for the past 17 years and has led 35 Global Village trips, participated in Carter Builds, and Collegiate Challenge, as well as being a board member for a local affiliate in the US.
