Nicola has spent the majority of her 30+ year career working within the house building sector, predominantly in the land and planning arena, and was latterly Chief Executive of Homes for Scotland, the body representing the interests of the housebuilding community. She has a number of non-executive roles including the Chair of the Board of Built Environment – Smarter Transformation (BE-ST); the Chair of the Board of Trustees for Habitat for Humanity GB, is a senior advisor to the Housing Growth Partnership, and is the owner and Managing Director of Athena Leadership Coaching and Consulting.
