Sarah is a senior international people and organisational effectiveness leader with extensive experience supporting global organisations through complex transformation, culture, and workforce challenges. She holds a Master’s degree in Organisational Analysis and Human Resource Management from King’s College London and in her current role as Global Director of People & Organisation Effectiveness at Save the Children International, she leads organisational development, workforce strategy, employee relations, total reward, and wellbeing and engagement across more than 90 countries.
